Lupita grew up in the Harlingen area and is a graduate of the Harlingen High School. Lupita joined the Sierra team as an Escrow Assistant in 2002 and has since earned her Escrow Officer’s license. Lupita is bilingual and always ready to get the job done.

Matthew is a graduate of Harlingen High School and has spend his entire life enjoying the Rio Grande Valley. Matthew has been with Sierra Title since 2004 and has worked in numerous departments of the title company. Recently Matthew attended the Texas Land Title School and is currently closing transactions in our Harlingen office.

Neel is President for all of Cameron, Willacy, and Kennedy Counties. He has been in the title business since 1983 which includes day to day operations as well as an agency representative for a major underwriters. He graduated from Corpus Christi A&M in 1983. Neel offices out of the Ruben Torres Blvd. Office.

Norma attained her High School Diploma in Vincenza, Italy. She began in the Title Business as a Receptionist, Then Escrow Secretary, and is currently a Bilingual Escrow Officer. Norma specializes is Relocation Closings, but will gladly take care of all your closing needs.

This top producer is a graduate of Harlingen High School and has an Associates Degree from Texas State Technical Collage in Harlingen. She began her career as an Escrow Secretary and attained her Escrow Officer License in 1998. She currently specializes in attorney files, but will gladly close any and all files.

Vicky is from Harlingen with over 23 years experience in our Harlingen Office. She is experienced in all aspects of Sierra Title. This bilingual employee is capable of efficiently working with all our clients in any capacity.
