Neel is President for all of Cameron, Willacy, and Kennedy Counties. He has been in the title business since 1983 which includes day to day operations as well as an agency representative for a major underwriters. He graduated from Corpus Christi A&M in 1983. Neel offices out of the Ruben Torres Blvd. Office.

Pam joined the Sierra Team in 1999. She came to us with 18 years of experience having worked in all phases of a Title Co. The eagerness of this employee shines through daily.

Alice is a graduate of Port Isabel High School and she has lived in Port Isabel all her life. Alice joined the Sierra team in 2000. She has worked as Escrow Secretary and is now a Bilingual Escrow Officer.
