Brownsville - Ruben Torres

Neel is President for all of Cameron, Willacy, and Kennedy Counties. He has been in the title business since 1983 which includes day to day operations as well as an agency representative for a major underwriters. He graduated from Corpus Christi A&M in 1983. Neel offices out of the Ruben Torres Blvd. Office.

Nohemi is a 1996 graduate of Brownsville Hanna High School and attended UTB TSC in Brownsville. She began working with Sierra in 2000 as an Escrow Assistant and is now a Bilingual Escrow Officer.

Patty is a 1993 graduate of Brownsville Hanna High School. Patty attended the University of Texas at Brownsville and received an Associates Degree in Legal Secretarial in 2004. Patty began working with Sierra Title in April 2002 as an Escrow Assistant and received her Escrow Officer’s license in 2005. Patty is also bilingual.
