He has been in the title business since 1983 which includes day to day operations as well as an agency representative for a major underwriters. He graduated from Corpus Christi A&M in 1983. Vicky is from Harlingen with over 23 years experience in our Harlingen Office. She is experienced in all aspects of Sierra Title. This bilingual employee is capable of efficiently working with all our clients in any capacity.

She began her career as an Escrow Secretary and attained her Escrow Officer License in 1998. She currently specializes in attorney files, but will gladly close any and all files.

Norma attained her High School Diploma in Vincenza, Italy. She began in the Title Business as a Receptionist, Then Escrow Secretary, and is currently a Bilingual Escrow Officer. Norma specializes is Relocation Closings, but will gladly take care of all your closing needs.
