Tim is a bilingual native El Pasoan and graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso. He has over 25 years experience in real estate, including brokerage, management and title insurance.

Claudia began her career with Sierra Title in 2001 as a receptionist. She was an escrow assistant, but quickly became one of our Escrow Officers. She was born in Juarez, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish and English. She graduated from the University of Juarez.

Audrey began her career with Sierra Title Company in 2001 as a receptionist, and a few months later became an escrow assistant. Audrey became a licensed escrow officer in 2003 specializing in residential and relocation transactions. She is currently enrolled in college and will graduate with her Business Management Degree in May of 2008
