Flower Mound

A native of Dallas, Texas, Luis moved to Lewisville in 1981. He graduated from Lewisville High School and is working on his bachelor's in Business from the University of North Texas. He started with Sierra in the accounting department and worked his way up to Escrow Officer. Luis is fluent in Spanish and this along with his excellent knowledge and skills makes him a very sought after closer in the Flower Mound area.

Stephanie Nissen grew up in Gainesville, Texas, where she graduated from Gainesville High School. She then moved to Denton, attended North Central Texas College, and began her career in banking. She was recruited in 1998 to join the Sierra Title of North Texas family. Her banking background put her at an advantage to run the Post Closing department. She went on to become the Accounting/Funding Manager training under Sierra Title Group’s CEO Glenda Miles. Her strong background in accounting helped her to continually develop her skills and expand her knowledge in the title insurance industry, and she ultimately was promoted to Escrow Officer. Stephanie is a member of the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce, the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Lewisville Board of Realtors. She is also extremely active in her congregation and devotes time to ministry work as well as her beautiful young family. Stephanie is a great asset to Sierra Title, an Escrow Officer who is accomplished, capable, and trustworthy.
